I know I haven't posted in FOREVER! I FEEL HORRIBLE! I've been so desperately been wanting to make a post but school, family, activities, it adds up and takes me away from the thing I love; Blogging! I promise there will be many more posts soon, especially with winter break coming up! I don't know about you guys but I am still in a food coma from yesterdays dinner. Personally, I don't love thanksgiving turkey but I always end up feeling very full after the dinner. (Probably because I lots of pumpkin bread and mash potatoes. Great for the thighs and stomach!) And don't let me get started on Black Friday shopping. Since Tuesday morning, I have gotten a email from every online retailer in the US telling me about their UNBELIEVABLE BLACK FRIDAY SALE! Luckily, I decided to go Black Wednesday shopping. I thought Madewell had a great selection with the entire store, 25 % off! Also, I treated myself to a Henri Bendel satchel and got it more than 200 dollars off! Score! Am I right?!?! I hate crowds so going the day before was great, and I didn't have to wait in those crazy lines with tired, coffee pumped people! I mean did you see the Black Friday Snapchat story. It was absolutely hilarious but I'm glad I wasn't apart of it!
Anyways, I will have to run miles to lose what I ate yesterday. Plus, Hannukah and Christmas is right around the corner. And guess what! MORE FOOD! FATTY, CARB AND STARCHED, AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS FOOD! But I guess thats why its the end of the year so everyone can work off the holiday weight in the new year! I'm excited for 2015 frankly. It's going to be a great year. 2014, has been exhausting, painful, upsetting, boring, and more. (Ok that is enough of my ranting for one blog post!)

My Madewell Fall Favorites!

My Madewell Fall Favorites!

Duskfall Stretch Blazer
$168
You can put this over anything. Casual to work to cocktail dinner. Love it!

The Slim Boy Jean
$145
The most comfortable jeans I've bought. I wear these with anything and they look good. A great pair of jeans to have in your closet.

Flannel Courier Shirt
$74
Who doesn't love a good flannel in the winter. I get really warm easily so I like that this one is short sleeved! I would wear this with most jeans or black denim (pictured) with gold jewelry.

Silk Spotlight Shirt
$118
I think this shirt looks good with high waisted denim, especially black or dark blue, but I really love it with these dark mustardy pants (pictured). You can buy these pants at Madewell also. They're called the High Riser Rivington Trousers.

Zip Overalls
$148
Overalls are coming back in a good way! I would say these are pretty comfortable and they make you look long and lean. I wore these last week and got so many compliments!

Firelight Marled Pullover
$98
Sweaters are my life in the winter and this sweater is no exception. I can not wait until it is cold enough to wear this pull over. I love the purple, black and white contrast. It will look good with many pants or skirts.

The Ames Boot
$218.50 (on sale with promo code)
I've tried these on before and they look really good. The heel is very comfortable!
They look really good with jeans, skirts or dresses. You could wear them to school or to dinner or to a show.

Biltmore and Madewell Double Ribbon Felt Fedora
$68
I can't usually wear hats because I get really warm but this hat looks AMAZING on! It's so chic and trendy. It can pull together any outfit!

Mini Transport Tote
$148
I've been obsessed with this bag for months! It's the perfect go to bag, it can fit as big as notebook. The quality is very nice and it also comes in black. I love that it is a crossbody or you could use the handles. This bag goes with EVERYTHING.

VienneMilano on Polyvore

VienneMilano on Polyvore

VienneMilano is a luxury hosiery brand with great stockings! I chose to feature her LULU black stocking https://www.viennemilano.com/products/LULU-Black.html with my typical street style. New York Fashion Week just ended today and London Fashion Week starts tomorrow. I love this outfit because it's the perfect combo of trendy, comfy, feminine and fallish! The stockings go great with this look because they're sheer black which are always good for matching and when it's cold, or you just like to cover up! I would say the YSL pump for a night look and the Vagabond chelsea boot for the day! If you're going to London Fashion Week, definitely wear the chelsea boot, that's where the boot originated from! VienneMilano has many other styles of stockings so go check them out! https://www.viennemilano.com/

Enjoy,
Cam xoxo

Isabella Rose Taylor at NYFW!

Isabella Rose Taylor at NYFW!

Yesterday embarked probably the most awesomest, coolest, craziest, and fun-filled day in my life! I got the chance to see Isabella Rose Taylor's Spring/Summer 2015 collection at New York Fashion Week! She is one of the nicest girls, I've ever met! Even though I basically got to talk to her for two minutes she was so gracious and kind! She is thirteen and has already had her own runway show at NYFW and her own collection at Nordstrom's! http://shop.nordstrom.com/sr?keyword=ISABELLA+ROSE+TAYLOR&origin=keywordsearch I mean c'mon how many 13 year olds can say that. She definitely deserves all that she has been awarded with, her designs/textiles are beautiful and so creative. I honestly wanted to buy everything that was on the runway. Even her outfit was soooooo gorgeous! A lot of her fabrics are paintings she has done herself and then translated onto fabric. She is so innovative! Isabella is just getting started and she I know she has a long career ahead of her!

Here's some questions I asked her:

1. How did you feel after your show?
Isabella: It's so exciting, I have the gitters! My adrenaline is still pumping from me! It's so exciting, I'm glad people like it and it was so exciting to finally share the collection!
2. What was your inspiration?
Isabella: My inspiration came a lot from my art, I used a lot of textiles I drew and painted. I pulled my color story from that. Also, playing with that sweet and soft against hard lines, so maxi dresses and contrasting jackets and things like that.
3. Do you plan on taking a vacation before starting your new collection?
Isabella: Definitely, yes! I have school still so it will just be a little less crazy. I mean I wish it would never end, it's so crazy!

She was so sweet and her collection was even sweeter! I can't wait to see her Fall/Winter in February!
Go follow her!
