I wore this outfit today and it's just the right amount of stylish and comfortable. That's what a lot of people told me at least. Just being modest. BTW, I know these shorts we're in my last outfit but seriously I'm obsessed with them, even if I've had them for two years. Another item I've been obsessed with are the Sam Edelman slides. Literally most comfy shoe ever, worn them all weekend, just great. Slides are back in style so get yourself a pair before they sell out! This MBMJ is my go to bag, I used it so much last year. It's great, it's nylon, spacious, never gets dirty and goes with everything. It's a good deal for what you're getting plus it's designer.

When I recently went to San Francisco, we found this AMAZING store called Azalea in Hayes Valley. (my fave neighborhood in SF)  They sell brands like Obey, Finders Keepers and they sell they're own brand. This cardigan was they're own brand and 70 bucks I believe. It's a great thrown on sweater for the summer or the winter! 

Hopefully everyone's three day weekend was good, I know mine was. Also i saw Obvious Child and it was hilarious. Jenny Slate is a comedy genius. I want to meet her so badly! She is sooo cool! Also I went to Jeni's Ice Cream on Southport and it was delicious! http://jenis.com/ and went to Glazed and Infused on Armitage and seriously best doughnut I've had in my entire life. As usual, Tibi is on game with their new collection, and of course keeping up with the latest trends. Tibi can be expensive, but it is so worth it because everything is very well made and lasts forever! I always love Tibi's collections which are structured, lots of warm colors, usually a bunch of matching separates and AMAZING COATS! Seriously, I just want it to be winter so I can wear one of the coats! Also Tibi has a lot of pieces that you can wear with other items and look really awesome! They have statement pieces and subtle pieces. Tibi has a big audience 20ish - 60ish range, most things would great on anyone.

Definitely excited to see the Tibi Pre-Fall 2014 collection in store!

Personally I don't like the reference hipster, but when I saw this sweater I thought it was so funny! When I wore it to school, I got funny looks though. I'm pretty sure people were confused. I think it goes better with shirts under neath like this one I got at American Apparel. It's big and baggy and sooo comfy! The shorts are from over two years ago and they still fit, which is kinda surprising based on how many times I've washed them. On the hanger they look very small but when you put them on, they fit just right! Free People stuff has that feel with a lot of their clothes. I got these converse at an outlet mall in St Louis in the winter. With them, I've collected many compliments. Seriously they are my favorite any season shoe! THEY WERE 35 DOLLARS! Converse outlets are seriously the best, they have a way bigger selection then department stores or even online. Plus they're half the price of normal converse. Another any season item, is this Henri Bendel mini purse, it's great for small things, you can bring it to lunch, errands or the theater! 

(btw my glasses are prescription, I literally can't see anything without them)

I recently wore this ensemble, while going to see the "This is Our Youth" at the Steppenwolf theater. It was a three person show, for two hours, I'd never experienced that before. Michael Cera, Kieran Culkin and Tavi Gervinson were the three actors. I'd seen them all on screen so it was so different to see theme on stage. The stage wasn't really your typical one. It was in the middle with places to sit on each side, the stage had no lift, so everything was flat, and we were staring down. The play was very relatable, lots of conversions ending up in arguments, making bad decisions, and of course every other word was a profanity. All in all, it was very entertaining. I really like this outfit because it not's too fancy but still has a dressed up feel! I also love all these colors, even in the summer, I love dark greys, olives, and black. I added the "John Lennon" sunglasses and fringe bag to make it more bohemian, and my hair more loose. Bohemian is one of my favorite styles, if you couldn't tell from my other posts!

I stumbled upon this website about a week ago, and it's one of the coolest online stores I've seen. On their website they have about 100 dresses and most of them you can customize. Most of the dresses are formal and great for any special occasion. I think Fame and Partners is so creative and innovative, such a great idea.  They have a dress for everyone, I'm not kidding! They base the designs off mood boards they create, with celebrities, fabrics, colors, and places. Fame and Partners always keep up with the latest trends. I can't wait to see where this store goes because I know it's going big places!

It's July 1st! Woah, I mean seriously, it feels like school ended ages ago but at the same time it doesn't feel like its been already half the year. Especially because the weather has been up and down, one minute it's 90 and the next its 50 and rainy. When the weather changes a lot, it gives me tremendous headaches. Eww. Hopefully, since it's July now, it will just stay 75 and sunny. Personally I'd prefer 60 and sunny but 75 will do. Anyways, today was pretty great for a monday but at least it's a four day week and three day weekend! I keep seeing pics fro Glastonbury every where and its really annoying me. I mean, I know it's over now but could I just travel back to the weekend and magically fly to Glastonbury. I want to wear my flower headband! 

(btw there is major lightening outside my window right now. kinda scared, it's bright and purple sorta pretty at the same time)
